&

who will stay home to hand out the candy
{or play tricks}

Without fail, it snows here on or before that hallow’d day and children wail as their coats are shoved under or over their really cool costumes..

unless, of course, they already have a fur coat!

I made my kid’s costumes.. but now in their 20’s, they come up with their own, and there’s a whole lot less fur involved!

I didn’t mind going around the neighborhood, trying to keep up with my kids was great exercise.
But it was always freezing..  so when I saw a bottle of this

I knew I had to create a new adult recipe for all your moms, dads, grandparents and babysitters..

who will be shivering outside on Hallowe’en night!

I’ve dubbed this one

 The Naughty Whipped Pumpkin Spice Latté!

After very little thought, I’ve decided that even if you’re just relaxing inside by the fire and waiting for these little goblins to chime out “Trick or Treat!”.. I think you deserve one of these adult beverages as well!

Naughty Whipped Pumpkin Spice Latte 2

It’s so simple.. get an extra large festive mug, add a heaping teaspoonful of Smidge’s Pumpkin Spice Latté Mix..Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte c

fill with 3/4 cup of milk and steam..

Add one or two shots of espresso and one shot of Pinnacle Whipped Vodka (more or less as you wish)

and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Latté Mix

  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 1 shot Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • whipped cream
  • pumpkin spice
Instructions
  1. Measure 3/4 cup of milk into a large mug. Add one heaping teaspoonful of Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix. Steam to desired temperature and then add one or two shots of espresso. Add 1 shot Pinnacle Whipped Vodka and stir well. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.

Of course Smidge had to taste test this for you. It was tough to do first thing in the morning.
