Much to be thankful for! Among them, your beautiful poem and photograph.
Belly full. Lots of popped corks. No windows open—a foot of snow on the ground!! Many squeezed at the table. Gratitude.
So glad to hear that all is well with you:) Happy Thanksgiving!
Aww, thanks!
You’re welcome:)
Lovely and Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
I hope it was the perfect day…
That’s so beautiful. I wish we celebrated Thanksgiving here in Australia. It seems like such a special day.
Do you have it early in October like us?
Thank you for such a benison, dearest! A lovely lyric and a generous wish. And it *was* a very fine day here, just the two of us and a sweet couple of grad students around the table but plenty of turkey and wine and conversation all afternoon and into the night. And on your Irish wings I am lullabied to my rest. A perfect day.
So it was a benison:) How did you acquire such knowledge… Your day sounded heavenly… you’re asleep and now it’s time for me to do the same… xo
A very lovely poem filled with warmth and love. 🙂
🙂
Well, it would appear that your showering us with beautiful words and postive thoughts worked; we all have had very nice Thanksgivings. So, today I’ll give thanks for our especially kind Neighbor to the North. 🙂
Glad to hear that you did… can’t wait to hear what was served up:)
So beautiful! Thank you, from your friends to the south. 🙂
You are always welcome from the frozen Canucks up north:)
What a beautiful poem – happy thanksgiving to you. Wish we celebrated the holiday here in South Africa too – it should be a global celebration – could well be the start of world peace.
🙂 Mandy
Now that would be such a wonderful dream… let’s spread it through our blogs:)
Greetings from Ireland. Lovely sentiments in the poem. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
Awww, so was it an Irish blessing?? Do you have Thanksgiving there at all?
We don’t celebrate this meaningful day. But we have some similar different days. I loved your poem, so nicely written, and wonderful photograph. Thank you, with my love, nia
I know you will share your celebrations with us… can’t wait to see you photograph them:)
A beautiful, kind, warm and inspirational poem. 🙂
Thanks so much, grateful for your visits:)

Beautiful thoughts of Thanks Giving.
This is just simply beautiful. I love being inspired and this definitely inspired me 🙂
Well I’m checking in a few days late for this beautiful blessing of a poem. It means just as much to me today! Thanks so much for the thought and for sharing such a pretty poem! So sorry to read about your weather! Stay well and warm!
Lovely thoughts (and with our Canadian Thanksgiving creeping up very quickly in October, great sentiments to keep handy :))
