Golden Turmeric Milk

who can resist a recipe with a name like

{ Golden Milk }

this lovely, fragrant and colorful drink is so creamy and yummy

and healthy at the same time..

and

{ my healthy daughter Kathryn recommended it }

so it must be amazing

up early for work and finally back home

{ with a nasty cold }

i couldn’t wait to make a cup and put myself back to bed

so my

beautiful mess

{ painting }

will have to wait for another day

and more energy

this recipe couldn’t be simpler

put everything in a pot and simmer for 10

then strain into a pitcher

it makes enough for a few cups so i’ll refrigerate the rest

i changed up a few ingredients

{ naturally.. who doesn’t }

to suit my taste

 there are so many curative ingredients in this recipe on so many levels

but i’m hoping it does a number on this cold

in the meantime, i’ll snack on

Love Crunch

curl up in bed

with this girl

{ who happens to snore }

and watch my
