I meant to post this recipe.. then got busy with my art..
.. this one was a work in progress back then
and then it was Easter and so I was caught up in decorating for Spring..
and did you know renunculus is another one of my favorite flowers of ALL TIME!
They’re so tiny and delicate.. and the softest pink!
But that was 2022!
So.. I’m a little late.. almost 3 years this Easter to be exact.
On the bright side.. I’m early for this

These turned out to be the loveliest Spring flower cupcakes, it really didn’t matter if they’re “perfect”.
which is a good thing because they were a touch fussy to use. My icing tip blew right off the right go round!
My icing must have been a wee bit dry!
I made the American Buttercream recipe from the Preppy Kitchen with
this 1-2-3-4 Vanilla Cake..
but any cupcake/cake recipe will work.
Next time.. perhaps these Tender Lemon Cupcakes!
