Belgian Endive and Heirloom Radish Appetizer
- 2-3 bunches Belgian Endive
- 1 Boursin Cheese, any flavor
- Bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
- Chives, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Gently separate the endive leaves and rinse thoroughly then pat dry.
- Smear a small spoonful of boursin cheese on the bottom section of the leaf.
- Thinly slice the radishes and arrange on the cheese, pressing slightly into the cheese.
- Arrange on a platter, sprinkle with chives then salt and pepper to taste.
