Green Goddess Dressing ~ “It’s All Good”
 
 
Ingredients
  • 12 large basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • leaves from 1 sprig of tarragon
  • ¼ cup Italian Parsley (about 5 sprigs of leaves)
  • 2 scallions, green onions, chopped
  • ½ avocado, ripe
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp chardonnay vinegar (or white wine)
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Refrigerate for up to one week.
