Green Goddess Dressing ~ “It’s All Good”
- 12 large basil leaves
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp cilantro leaves
- leaves from 1 sprig of tarragon
- ¼ cup Italian Parsley (about 5 sprigs of leaves)
- 2 scallions, green onions, chopped
- ½ avocado, ripe
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp chardonnay vinegar (or white wine)
- 1 lemon, juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Refrigerate for up to one week.
