Blend the pumpkin purée, sugar, spice and vanilla together. Scoop into a glass jam jar and refrigerate until using. Add 2/3 cup milk to a mug, add one heaping teaspoonful of the pumpkin mix and stir to blend. Steam with your espresso machine and add one or two shots of espresso. Sprinkle over with pumpkin spice if you wish. Enjoy!
Notes
You can easily adjust the sweetness by reducing the sugar amount. You can also adjust the strength of your pumpkin latte by adding more or less mix.This recipe can be doubled, sealed and stored in the fridge. If using fresh, homemade pumpkin puree, there may find bits of fresh pumpkin at the bottom of your mug.
