Vegan + Raw Mint Cacao Chip Smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 10 mint leaves, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • optional: vanilla
  • stevia to sweeten
  • 1 cup almond milk, plus more if too thick
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in order in a magic bullet cup or blender. If using a blender, this recipe can be doubled. I didn't have a frozen banana (easy to do, peel, cut into chunks and pop in a ziploc into your freezer) so I added a ripe banana and a few ice cubes. Blend until everything is mixed. The cacao nibs won't be completely crushed and add a nice crunch to your smoothie.
