In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter and white and brown sugars. Then beat in the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients in order.
The dough will be very thick. Add as many chocolate chips as you like, I usually add a cupful or more.
Alternatively, my friend told me to just get a large bowl and mix everything together by hand:)
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are just lightly browned.
