Chia & Flax Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup large flake oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup chia and flaxseed blend (often in the health food section)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir until all ingredients are blended well and mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  2. Scoop out and roll into balls, about 1" diameter.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze.
