Cello Diva Chocolate Chip Cookies
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine or butter (I use butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Then stir in:
  • 1 1/4 cups quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix together the dry ingredients and stir into the butter mixture.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a silpat lined or ungreased, nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Recipe make 4-5 dozen cookies. You can experiment with less butter, and they become a bit less crisp and less flat but still quite yummy.
